How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 working days and usually arrive 4–8 days after dispatch, so about 5–11 days in total. Delivery is free and tracked, and we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Does it work with the lights on?
It looks best in a dark or dimly lit room. With the main light on you'll still see colour, but the nebula and stars really come alive once the lights are off.
Where should I put it?
On a bedside table, desk or shelf, angled up at the ceiling. The higher and further from the ceiling, the bigger the sky.
Does the remote need batteries?
Yes, the remote takes 2 × AAA batteries, which aren't included. The projector itself plugs into the wall with the included UK plug.
Is it OK for a child's bedroom?
Lots of families use it at bedtime, but it contains a green laser for the stars, so an adult should set it up and it shouldn't be used by unsupervised young children. Never look directly into the laser.
Can I mix colours in the gift pair?
Yes. Add one grey and one white to your basket and the 2-for-£89.99 price is applied automatically at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Changed your mind? You can return it unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. From day 15 to day 30, we'll give you store credit instead. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace it or refund you. Read our returns policy.
