Changed your mind?
Within 14 days of delivery: you can cancel your order and return the item for a full refund to your original payment method. Just email us within 14 days, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
From day 15 to day 30 after delivery: you can still return unused items, and we'll give you store credit for the full amount to use on any future order.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first for the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Refund timing
Once we've received your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Store credit is sent to you by email as a gift card.
Items that never arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of ordering, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
